The CLTF-05 Electric Valve Actuator is a new original, high-precision electric actuator designed for reliable automation of industrial valves. Feature
1. Compact:The overall volume and weight are only 1/3 of the traditional products.Large torque:large torque with low power.Convenient to installation and transportation.
2. Motors designed according to the working characteristics of valves,only require low start current.The start torque is high and the rotary inertia is small.Built-in heater protector(Automatic Recovery Type) will stop the actuator when the valve got stuck by accident.
3. Precision gears consist of precise tangential multi-gears and shafts,made of Heat treated high alloy steel,with long service life.Molybdenum-based lubricating grease is added into gear mechanism,maintenance-free
4.Stainless steel mechanical stroke limit bolts and stop blocks accurate adjust stroke mechanism to required angle.The limit bolt placed out of the actuator for convenient,lock the required position with stainless steel nuts after each adjustment.
